Building Dreams- Providing Futures

The 2019 St. Jude Dream Home in Ironwood Subdivision is near completion, and we were able to grab a sneak peek of the beautiful home built by Classic Design Homes during a very special St. Jude tradition known as the Floor Signing.

Beautiful Blessings and Well Wishes

This event was a chance for sponsors, trade partners, city leaders, and volunteers to gather and write messages of hope for the future homeowners as well as the children of St. Jude who will be impacted directly by this home.

Many Hands Make Light Work

"When I was at The St Jude Hospital Campus, I could not help but wonder, what if my little boy or girl needed this type of help? Often you hear reference to the level of care. But when you are at the hospital, you can see that it is the level of LOVE that motivates those who are a part of St Jude.” Doug Wild

Doug Wild, general manager of Classic Design Homes says this project is near and dear to his heart. “I think that we all look for a chance to make a difference, and with the partnership with St Jude, we have the chance to help make a huge difference in the life of children and their families. I have four children that are the source of most of my joy; I would hope that if I had a sick child, others would be there for us.”

Mark Dawson, Owner/Broker of Century 21 and founder of Classic Design Homes says his knowledge of St. Jude was vague before beginning his partnership with them, but since working with them, he’s found it incredible to learn the impact they have on fighting childhood cancer. “When we met the people from St. Jude’s, we were immediately impressed by the passion they had for the mission, and every one of them has this great positive energy. They’ve been incredible to work with.” Dawson is also quick to express his gratitude to the family who provided the land in beautiful Ironwood saying, “We were fortunate that the Wells family, who owns some prime lots in Ironwood are benevolent people because we were able to work with them on a great location.”
