ZooMontana’s premier fundraising event is receiving a bit of an expansion this year with the addition of a tent that will allow the evening to host up to 350 guests. The EEC ZooPavilion will house the silent auction, a photo booth, and the bar and food, all allowing for a smoother flow!
Attendees of this elegant evening can partake in an extended social hour, allowing guests to stroll through the Zoo while enjoying appetizers and special animal encounters. The scrumptious dinner, catered by Montana Jack’s will be served at 7pm, followed by a lively auction. Big J from Hot 101.9 will add his flavor as Master of Ceremonies, with Quinn Donovan auctioneering. There will also be a silent auction and wine/dine game.
Proceeds from the event are used for Zoo operations and improvements. During the event, pledges are made for a select project/item (past events having supported the playground, outreach van, a portable x-ray machine, and the EEC Pavilion). This year’s project is the highly requested sloth exhibit in the Discovery Center.
