Homes for Hope: Empowering People, Building Community
“Hope is not a dream but a way of making dreams become reality.” Leon Joseph SuenensAt first glance, you are sure to notice the quality and beauty of Annafeld’s first build and model home at 1847 Walter Creek Boulevard, but this home is so much more than that! It’s a Home for Hope.
McCall Builders has partnered with Hope International, a non-profit whose mission is “building locally to fight poverty globally.” McCall’s sold their first Home for Hope in 2014 and provided a generous donation of $169,000. Together, they are empowering people to live out the command “love your neighbor” by providing discipleship opportunities, training, a safe place to save, and small loans to developing countries throughout the world.
“At McCall Homes, we say we are community builders, we are here to build a place where lives will be changed; to do something more than just build a house. Homes for Hope EMPOWERS people – that’s our mission.”

The Sweetgrass
The Sweetgrass is a very popular style! The open floor plan, large upstairs family room, and private master suite are just a few of the reasons to love it.
The Annafeld Community
Annafeld is a brand new community ideal for families. Elysian K-8 school is within walking/biking distance, and the neighborhood is designed with safe boulevard sidewalks and parks scattered throughout. The 10-ft wide, paved bike trail along Elysian Road connects sister neighborhoods Josephine Crossing and Annafeld to the school. Plans for a central marketplace, to encourage neighborhood socialization, will feature shops, restaurants, and office spaces.
