This year Easter falls on April 16, 2017, and all kinds of fun and festivities are hopping into town as early as April 8! ZooMontana’s annual ExtravaganZOO might not include a traditional Easter Egg Hunt, but there is a scavenger hunt and the Easter Bunny will be on hand for free photo ops (giving each child a treat)! This event also includes Easter-themed games and activities, and a bounce house. The Easter Bunny isn’t hopping solo, Spider Man will also be available from 10:30am-2:30pm for photos. Regular Zoo admission fees apply, free for members.

7th Annual Aqua-Egg Hunt

We've learned that this event was recently cancelled this year due to a scheduling conflict. Oh dear, the Easter Bunny has spilled his eggs in the pool! Kiddos ages 3 and older are needed to help rescue the Easter Bunny’s eggs. This unique, water-filled hunt is free and open to the community. Registration in advance is a must, and you’ll want to hop right on it because limited spots are available! Register online at www.billingsymca.org or pop by the Y.
Families with small children will need a parent to get in the water with them. The festivities begin at 1pm, but the hunts will be divided in groups by age.

Bring the littles out any time between 10am and 4:30pm for this fun day filled with Easter Activities and Crafts. They’ll have a chance to make their own bunny masks to take home, play color and letter matching games, as well as sensory play – including a special sensory tub just for infants! The kids’ grown up counterparts weren’t forgotten, the coffee bar will feature melt-in-your-mouth Marshmallow Mochas, and for the kiddos, a bubbly Bunny Punch.

Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt

When you arrive for this free Easter Egg Hunt, any of the associates at the door will be able to direct you towards the festivities. This Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt is for ages 4-12. The kiddos will have the chance to hunt for eggs and other fun prizes. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Laurel Junior Jaycees Easter Egg Hunt

This hunt is for kiddos ages 0-12, and offers four hunts for ages grouped as following: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12. There is no cost and participants are asked to line up at the Picnic Shelter in the park.

MSU-Billings Easter Egg Hunt

This Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by MSUB’s Student Activities Board, is for kiddos ages 0-10. Different areas will be setup throughout the park for a variety of age groups where the kids will be on the lookout for eggs, candy, and prizes! Families are also encouraged to bring non-perishable food items as MSUB kicks off their annual food drive for a local organization (to be determined).

It’s an Easter Egg-splosion at The Rock Church in Laurel, where thousands of Easter eggs are ready and waiting to be hunted according to age group. In addition to the hunt, kids will love having their faces painted, playing carnival games and on bounce houses, nibbling on snacks, and meeting the Easter Bunny! The EKids! annual Easter Egg Hunt comes complete with 30,00 candy-filled eggs. Hosted by Emmanuel Baptist Church the afternoon includes hunts for kids ranging from newborn to 6th graders, games, cotton candy, popcorn, hotdogs, and inflatable slides and jumpers – all for free!

South Park
Annual South Park Easter Egg Hunt

This annual Easter Egg Hunt – touted as being the longest running in Billings – is for ages 0-12, with a designated hunting area for kiddos with special needs. This hunt is organized by the South Side Neighborhood Task Force and made possible thanks to the help of numerous sponsors, like: Elks Lodge #394, Passages/Alternatives, MT Global Peace Foundation, Philips 66, C.L.D.I., Friendship House, Ronquillo Family, local businesses and non-profits.
