My passion for health comes from only wanting to bring the best out in any person. Since I was a child, my mother taught me that healthy eating, physical activity and keeping a positive attitude is nothing but second nature. I also give credit to my father, who helps and encourages me to share my knowledge of health with readers. All of my writings are based from personal experiences, good and bad, that span over 10 years. I am in the process of completing my second undergraduate degree in community health.
