Quick, Easy & Fun Jack O' Lantern Sandwiches for Kids

My son has an October birthday so I spent a little bit of time searching for some easy and fun "munchie" ideas for his upcoming party.  Needless to say, I was crazy about this fantastic idea from Better Homes and Gardens and had to share it with you!

It doesn't get much simpler than this.  All you need is small cookie cutters (to create the cheese faces), a basil leaf, bread, bologna and a bread crust "stem" to complete your open faced bologna sandwiches.

If you aren't planning a halloween party, consider surprising your kids with a fun jack-o-lantern sandwich lunch!
