Billings St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway
St. Jude makes dreams become a reality!The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a community-wide movement benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission of “Finding Cures and Saving Children.”
This is one of the largest single-event St. Jude fundraisers nationwide, raising more than $423 million for the hospital since 1991. To date, volunteers, including builders, media partners, and prize sponsors have built and given away 434 houses across the country.
The first St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Billings, Montana, was in 2009 and it raised $600,000. In 2013, the giveaway returned to Billings and raised $650,000.
The two previous campaigns in Montana have raised 1.25 million dollars for the kids of St. Jude. This translates to our community funding more than 50 major surgical procedures for St. Jude patients thus far.
Together with Classic Design Homes, local business partners, subcontractors, and vendors donated labor, materials, and/or services, another gorgeous home is being built in Billings located at 4202 Snowywoods Drive in the Ironwood Subdivision. With an estimated value of $500,000, some of the features this stunning home will include are:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage
- Approximately 3650 square feet of living space
- Covered outdoor kitchenette
- 10-foot ceilings
- Vaulted great room
- Floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace
- Basement wet bar
Open houses are scheduled for:
- March 23–April 28
- Saturdays, 9am-5pm, and Sundays, 12-5pm
Just for visiting, guests can enter to win a $10,000 home makeover package, courtesy of Ferguson Enterprises.
We are excited to announce that tickets will be available to reserve on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. The giveaway date is scheduled for May 5, 2019. Only 6,500 tickets will be sold.
In addition to winning the dream home, valuable prizes will also be awarded. Stay tuned for more details regarding these prizes.
