Feed My Starving Children MobilePack Event coming to Billings

Every day, at least 6,200 children die from hunger or hunger-related causes around the world

Sage Homeschool Co-op is hosting a Feed My Starving Children MobilePack Event, and you’re invited to get hands-on with this incredible opportunity to give back. Held in MetraPark’s Montana Pavilion on May 20 and 21, 2016, the goal is to rally 500-1,000 volunteers (of all ages!) over these 9 hours, packing 100k-200k meals for malnourished children all over the world.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a nonprofit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and the meals are shipped to food distribution partners around the world each year.

Get involved: Simply sign up for a 2-hour shift where you’ll fill and seal bags of MannaPack™ Rice. Sign up by clicking here and reserving your spot. Each volunteer should plan to raise $50 to cover the case of food they pack during their shift. That’s just $0.22 per meal! Unable to volunteer? Private and corporate donations are also accepted.
