See you at Saturday Live!

Saturday Live! is coming up this weekend! Join the festivities on Saturday, September 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Pioneer Park.

Saturday Live! is an annual day of fun and games that raises funds for many different projects in our local school districts.

The day starts out with a 2 mile Fun Run/Walk and a 100-yard dash for kids 8 and under. The warm-ups begin at 9am, with a start time at 9:15 a.m. Same day registration for the Fun Run will begin at 7:45 a.m., or you can register online here: Fun Run Registration.

Throughout the day, you and your family can take advantage of the free shuttle service to Pioneer Park from two locations; the Billings Clinic parking lot at N. 30th St. and 9th Ave. N., and the MSU-B parking lot at Rimrock Road and Virginia Lane. The shuttle service runs every 15-20 minutes. Kids' little legs wear out fast, so this shuttle service can be a lifesaver!

Over 80 school groups take part in the event, which includes carnival games, face painting and even a troll bridge. The troll bridge and haunted house are always crowd favorites, and the groups running them are amazing at giving just the right amount of scare for the age of the kids inside. More fun activities include duck races, a dunking booth, and food vendors.

In addition to the fun and games taking place all day long at the booths, there is also some great live entertainment for your family to enjoy.

Starting at 11:00 a.m., there will be live zoo show put on by ZooMontana. The live zoo shows are always a hit with the kids! There is also a singing competition, called "Da Voice" starting at 1:00 p.m. If you'd like to register for the singing competition, visit Planet 106.7 for more information and to get signed up.

For more information (including an incredibly helpful map of activities), check out Billings Education Association's website.

Last but not least (because we are in Montana), the weather looks like it's going to be fully supportive of Saturday Live! too, with a beautiful high of 66 degrees. Hope to see you there!
