Race The Rabbit and Help Make Wishes Come True! (5K Run, Coloring Contest & More!)

Lace up your running shoes and put on your bunny ears on March 31, 2012, for the Race the Rabbit 5K Fun Run to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Montana. Join the Foundation at Zoo Montana at 2100 South Shiloh Road in Billings at 9 a.m. for this fun event, where the first ten runners who cross the finish line before the designated "rabbit" will be given a $25 gift certificate to a great area business.

If speed is not your thing, stick around for the Bunny Hop and Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Westend Walmart. Bunny hop races start at 10 a.m. for kids ages 4 and under, 10:15 a.m. for kids ages 5-7 and 10:30 a.m. for kids ages 8-10. All children will receive a Wendy's coupon for participating. Additional zoo activities and animal encounters will be available throughout the day.

These events are free to all race participants with a bib number. General and family admission rates apply for non-race participants. Registration is $20 per person and $25 after March 18. Zoo members will get in free. Additional donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® are encouraged, and proceeds will help make wishes come true for Montana children with life-threatening medical conditions.
