Picasso Pumpkins

If you are looking for a creative & fun twist to the classic halloween pumpkin (or just something whimsical and fun to add to your fall outdoor decor) consider making some "Picasso Pumpkins" with your kids!  All you need is outdoor acrylic paints, a few pumpkins, paintbrushes & newspaper (to cover your workspace).

I created these with my kids last year and proudly displayed them on my doorstep.  They won't last forever (about two or three weeks) but they do last longer than carved pumpkins.

If you like a little extra "bling" add some glue and glitter or tie a ribbon on top!
